This notice covers www.sparktoaflameconsulting.com (the Hub): browsing, any contact enquiries, and newsletter signup when a live subscription is offered. We apply PIPEDA / BC PIPA and, where GDPR applies to people in the EU/EEA, GDPR.
No purchases are processed on this Hub. Linked brand websites have their own privacy notices for processing (including checkouts) on those sites.

- Technical: IP address, browser/device information, server logs as needed for security and operation
- Contact (if you email us): name, email, message content
- Newsletter (when a live signup with a named provider is active): email, double-opt-in status, unsubscribe preferences
We do not sell personal data. We do not process payment-card or MoR checkout data on this Hub.

- Answer enquiries: Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f)
- Newsletter (when offered): Art. 6(1)(a) consent (double opt-in where required)

- Website hosting: All-inkl (Germany) — server hosting and related technical processing
- Email / newsletter: named here only when a live provider is connected (until then, any on-page form is a non-sending placeholder)
- Brand / external sites: if you follow a link and interact there, that site’s notice applies
We use contracts / SCCs where required for international transfers.

Essential technologies for security and operation of the website may be used.
We do not currently use web analytics cookies or advertising cookies.
If that changes, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
